Role: The standard Chosen One made to SAVE THE WORLD hero—well, heroine, in this case.

Talents/Hobbies: Sharpshooting, collecting gun models (as well as reading up about them), playing games (especially any First-Person Shooting (FPS) games first and Role-Playing (RPGs) games second), watching (usually over-the-top) courtroom dramas, bowling (occasionally), writing, drawing (even though her artistic skills could be more desirable), sleeping and picking her nose (much to everyone’s chagrin).

Background/History: From young, Ryuusaki has lived the life of a tomboy—born second out of a set of triplets, her mother died while giving birth to her and her two brothers and thus making their father the sole breadwinner of the family. Being the only female in the family meant that Ryuusaki was made to do a fair amount of the household chores, a fact that she detests even until today. But still, somehow her father managed to make ends meet (possibly due to the fact that one of his works had managed to hit the big times) and all of them grew up a nice and happy family—neither too wealthy nor getting poor anytime soon and life was generally good.

However, the normality in Ryuusaki’s life disappeared six months ago when she started to attend a new school following her graduation. She began to see strange visions whenever she slept, or even if she so happened to doze off in class (which was quite often)—and they were always the same vision, never changing: visions of a plain dotted with strange dark red seven-petal flowers enshrouded in an endless twilight, with the full moon hanging in the sky, casting down the silhouette of a mysterious figure before her in the distance…

While those strange visions haunted her, something quite unexpected happened in her class as well—two months into school and three weeks of break later, her class abruptly had a new transfer student joining them almost out of the blue. With bright red hair and crimson eyes (both entirely natural, as was explained later), it was safe to say that Lucifer Leonheart was certainly quite the mysterious guy to behold… and for Ryuusaki, it just got even more mysterious when the boy took an interest into her. Without much of a choice in the matter, she became friends with him—the friendship was at best wary on her end, but as the months passed by that suspicion slowly faded and they became the best of friends. The visions faded with time as well, and life somehow seemed normal once again.

But then came that one night last month that changed her life completely.

During that week, Lucifer had been mysteriously absent from class without any reason at all and nobody knew what became of him. Concerned for her friend, Ryuusaki had decided to make a trip to where he lived in order to check up on him and see if he was alright. She had planned to make her way there earlier, but something unexpected cropped up and she was only able to make it there during nightfall. Sure, it was a bit on the side of dangerous, but the girl was always one to face it head on—and besides, it wasn’t as if anything too terrible could happen.

What she didn’t expect was to find herself held hostage the moment she stepped into the house. Abruptly held captive, Ryuusaki found herself thrust in possibly one of the most confusing as well as nerve-wrecking situations she had ever been in her life so far. It brought nothing but questions and more questions for the girl, especially when Lucifer suddenly was talking in her head and got her to somehow bring out a gun in her hand out of nowhere like it was magic. Despite her confusion and general bewilderment of the entire situation, she managed to fight back against her would-be kidnappers—it was only after they were successfully driven away then did Lucifer appear in the flesh… and right before her eyes as well. Shocked, Ryuusaki did the first thing any other person would do—she fainted right on the spot.

It was only the next morning, one breakfast as well as a well-needed shower later then did the girl finally receive an explanation on what was going on; she had been one of the so-called ‘Chosen Ones’ blessed with the power of Persona (and here he added on that in reality he was her Persona, much to Ryuusaki’s surprise and shock)—but that power came a condition, and that condition was that she was to join in the secret underground worldwide tournament known as ‘gRAffiTi’.

Ryuusaki, of course, couldn’t believe any word of it; after all, all of this just seemed like something from some comic book or some over-the-top fantasy novel. Even though she did have to accept that something weird and totally not normal happened before her eyes, she was still hesitant to take in the fact that the (normal) life she knew was no longer there. It only took one day later and an oncoming threat to her very life (with Lucifer arriving and defending her in the nick of time) before she finally accepted her destiny as one of the four hundred participants in the tournament.

Just one month has passed since she’s accepted her destiny—she’s still adjusting to the fact that her life is now one that is totally not normal at all, and while she is still hesitant at times over her relatively abnormal life, she is trying her best to adapt to it. The fact that Lucifer spontaneously moved into her house (with her father’s approval, much to her shock and horror) after the incident really did not help matters at all.

Characteristic/Personality: If you’re trying to look for your average ordinary girl, then you can be guaranteed that you’ll find nothing like that in Namikaze Ryuusaki. Born and raised in an all-boys’ environment, the word ‘tomboy’ is best used for her instead: from her attire to her actions and words and also her demeanour, it’s pretty clear that the girl’s far from the ideal of the ‘average’ girl that most people would have in their minds. Unlike most girls, Ryuusaki is a chip that’s far away from the block—rough and coarse, the teenager very much prefers actions over words; for her, it’s always the rule of ‘punch first, talk later’… sometimes perhaps even literally, if she gets annoyed enough—which is unfortunately quite often due to her somewhat temperamental attitude. At the worst, it can only take a short minute or a simple statement of disagreement against her before she blows up and starts to get violent towards the person who offended her.

Still, Ryuusaki is not without tact—despite her somewhat oblivious and impudent nature at times, she actually has quite the sharp and cunning mind… or at least, it shows from her many tricks and pranks that she pulls on unsuspecting people. Living up to her self-imposed nickname of ‘Loki’, she definitely goes all out to acknowledge the ‘trick’ part of the Norse god of trickery with all that the mischief she does to almost everyone who knows her and then some. This same mind however is what has helped her through her battles so far through the tournament; taking notice of things that would otherwise slip under everyone else’s radar, quick-witted and shrewd is how Ryuusaki does things her way. Her mind is also the reason why she’s still managing to pass her tests even though she falls asleep in class more often than she should.

Despite her rather rough exterior, Ryuusaki is a girl inside just like every other girl; she does have a weakness for somewhat cute things (dogs, cats and stuffed bears to name a few) and likes kids as well, though they usually end up irritating her in the end. She still hates having to do those very ‘girly’ things like having make up or going shopping or other related ‘girly stuff’ that seems pointless to her. For her, it’s either action or adventure… or well, sleeping on her bed when applicable. Sleep is always good, after all. Also surprise surprise, but Ryuusaki is really one of the most kind-hearted and understanding people you may ever get to meet… that is, once you manage to peel away all those layers of grump and apparent apathetic attitude of hers. More than anything, it’s really a way for her to mask her otherwise soft-hearted nature.

Aside from those, Ryuusaki has a penchant for JUSTICE and TRUTH as her father used to be a lawyer before he quit due to an incident that has not been elaborated to her even until now. Now he’s an artist who does Japanese comics (manga), and Ryuusaki has somewhat picked up the skills of the trade as well… though it would do better for her to refine her abilities first. Though because of this, Ryuusaki does have a rather vivid imagination at times—one of the better things about her, as her imagination is an important key in properly harnessing her abilities as a participant in the gRAffiTi tournament. Not to mention her (almost insane) love for guns; if you want your ears to remained attached to your head, never ever mention anything about guns in front of her. You may be rewarded with an hour-long lecture about guns and just about everything related to it.

Distinguishing Marks: She has a scar on her right jaw—the result of her first indirect battle in the tournament before she accepted her fate as a participant. Her hair is also white due to some genetic disorder in her body—she dyes it frequently to either green or black, depending on her mood and whatever circumstances allow her to. She does leave a crop on her fringe untouched just to make herself look more rowdy… or so she claims, anyway.

Power: As a participant in the gRAfitti tournament, Ryuusaki is entitled to the ability of tapping directing into her Lifeforce—the power that allows all living things of this world to live. Using her Lifeforce, Ryuusaki is able to do a good number of things with it, but the most notable one would be the ability to transfigure that power into her personal weapon—her Lifeforce weapon that is quite aptly shaped into a twin-barrelled gun named the ‘Desperado’. By itself it is able to shoot out bullets crafted from either her own power or real bullets/blanks, if there are any loaded into it. Either way, both are able to deal damage much like any other regular bullet would do—though the Lifeforce bullets have the additional ability to damage an opponent’s Lifeforce directly (in a gRAffiTi fight, the one who runs out of Lifeforce first would be the loser, or so the rules state anyway).

The unique part comes when Ryuusaki is pushed to the limit and is forced to unseal her Persona’s abilities in order to gain the upper hand. As the limit seal is within her rather than her partner, Ryuusaki is required to ‘kill’ herself in order to release that seal—and to do that, she is needed to shoot herself on the head using the Desperado. There is no wound from doing this (the shot is a blank in essence), but the psychological stress triggered from such a suicidal act is the required condition in order to undo the limiter properly and power Lucifer up into his true state: the Guardian of Desire, Lucied of the Twilight. However, such an action will have its toll on Ryuusaki—both physically as well as mentally. It’s certainly not something that can and should be done often.

Aside from that, Ryuusaki is also able to communicate with her Persona (Lucifer) directly though mental communication—this is only made possible due to the bond between them made through their bonded Lifeforce. It doesn’t extend to anyone else and only stays between them, though all participants of the gRAffiTi tournament have this ability as well.

Associates: Namikaze Arashi (father), Jacqueline Tay (mother, deceased), Namikaze Kurosaki (fraternal triplet (elder) brother), Namikaze ‘Uzumaki’ Umisaki (fraternal triplet (younger) brother), Lucifer Leonheart (Persona/spirit partner for the gRAffiTi tournament)

Aim of Life: To win the gRAffiTi tournament, of course. Aside from that though, she actually wants to make a living out of her sharpshooting and maybe to get a book published under her name. Also she wants to be a lawyer—a defence attorney to be precise —but knows she lacks the proper brains for it. Still, it doesn’t hurt to dream about it.

Description of Character: Very much like her nature, Ryuusaki’s looks completely fit with her status of an outright tomboy. Tall and somewhat lanky for her age, her shoulder-length hair (usually tied up into a simple and very practical ponytail) is seen in two very different shades of colour depending on the situation—if you see her during the school term she would have black hair, but when it comes to the holidays her hair would be a startling green instead. Unlike what everyone may suspect, the girl’s hair isn’t actually green or black—it’s actually white, as evidenced by the crop of hair on her forehead that is remained untouched regardless of whatever colour her hair happens to be. It’s not really for fashion or anything like that; it’s a simple show to say that she is actually quite proud of her own rather unique hair, no matter what others may say. She also keeps her hair long because if people didn’t know otherwise, they would have easily mistaken her for a boy due to her rather rough and very unladylike looks—though her rather big and bright green eyes are something to be noted.

In contrast to her tanned skin, she has a habit of wearing some rather brightly coloured clothes—though she does slip into black from time to time; but otherwise her personal favourite attire consists of primarily greens and whites, with the occasional other things thrown in. She absolutely detests skirts and dresses and would very much rather wear a pair of jeans coupled with a plain T-shirt rather than what she deems as ‘flashy’ tank tops. For footwear it’s either sneakers or men’s sandals; high heels are way out for her for two reasons: one being that she doesn’t like them and the other because her feet are quite big so she can’t wear a lot of them. Not that she particularly minds anyway. In addition, she also had a pair of fingerless black leather gloves on her hands—this one really just for show, but it works nicely for her since she uses a gun more often than not now.

You can tell my Original Character is not so original in essence. BUT HEY, SO LONG AS I DON'T STEAL THE DESGIN--/shot.
