Also oh god talk about twists. Some of them were totally the last thing you could ever expect. Just saying.

Back from watching the movie version of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. What is my overall reaction, you ask?

SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH.

While the basic plot is in there, pretty much everything has been made up in that movie - wholly understandable, since the game was mostly all acrobatics and flashy stuff and generally trying not to die. It was fun enough to watch, but its not... awesome or anything to sparkle over, I guess. I did like how they had context and stuff though, which makes the movie much more interesting. As well as some of the minor characters too; they were really fun. AND I GUESS THE PLOT IS A LITTLE CLICHÉD BECAUSE LOL PIME TARADOX (totally a game thing) so yeaaaaaaaaaah. It was alright, for an adaptation from a game that had almost zero proper plot.

Personally, I am just sad there were no time-sand monsters. ): At least they made it up with all the fancy acrobatics though.

Nothing but awesome and epic and utter heartbreak oh god. ;;

In other news, my house had a sudden wtf power trip. I can't locate the cause of it, and I slightly bruised my leg while I was rushing around turning off and on everything. Sob. Why is my luck so terrible nowadays.

Also I am replaying AAI for the fourth/fifth time. This is strictly for me to review Gumshoe. Really.

SO you're going to ask what happened for me to be at this state is that basically in that crossroads to either Olivine or Mahagony, I basically picked the wrong one and ended up at where the Lake of Rage was. And now given the fact that I desperately need a sizeable water Pokémon to abuse the necessary water-based HMs on it, thus the poor shiny red Gyarados became the victim after I caught it with one of the many Ultra Balls I picked up along my journey. And just when you thought it was over, nooooooooo it wasn't. I ended up doing Plot with Lance who saved my ass with his level forty Dragonite when Winslet (only level twenty plus still) was failing and all I could do was to make sure he didn't faint.

ANYWAY so once that was all over, it was of course time for the gym battle! With Pryce! Who was the seventh gym leader but I fought him anyway with my four-badge status and won anyway. Though I had to restart the battle for like four times because Pryce abuses Rest with his Seal and Dewgong and also uses his Hyper Potions and Full Restores like no tomorrow. Hnnnngh. But I won in the end, so all's well that ends well.

Finally done and unable to go to Blackthorn because I don't have all the other badges (lawl), I slowly made my way back to Maghony-or-whatever-its-called and finally went on the right way to Olivine. Blah blah plot Chuck Jasmine (she is adorable) blah, and then it was off to Goldenrod because I already defeated Pryce earlier. Cue the Team Rocket uniform stunt and the battle with Silver (why so emo tsundere, Silver) and then the incredibly anti-climatic ending after spending all that time making my way up to the top of that damned radio tower after running everywhere. I mean seriously, "Just like Giovanni before me, I shall now hereby disband Team Rocket.". So. So. Anti-climatic.

...so yeah with all of that done and now with me having Fly, I'm just running around doing shit and grinding more before I head to Blackthorn. While breeding Eevee eggs because I am awesome like that.

Yes so. As some of you are aware, my mom bought for me Pokémon Soul Silver for my birthday (feel free to snicker at the name, because I sure did). Putting aside the fact that this is the first Pokémon game I legitimately own ever since the days of Red/Blue/Yellow/Green, I swear this game's purpose is to make me never complete the game forever. From Pokétalon to Bug Catching to radio shows and lottery tickets and that goddamned Voltorb card game, I've spent more time playing them than I should be grinding. -__-;; That's how sad I am. BUT THAT ASIDE, I have made my way to defeat Morty and got half of the Jotho badges already.

Also people might be amused to know that Miles (yes, Miles) got all the Pokétalon medals. How that happened, even IDK. But it happened, and that's that. And uh I'm running out of those Apri-whatitis because I got too entralled with thise Apriljuices thingys. Also I really need to get that damned shiny Gara so that I can, you know, surf. Why do I never plan these things ahead s-sigh. ANYWAY, stats! Note that I am terrible with naming my Pokémon. And yes, I only have five Pokémon on hand at present. I am awesome like that.

On another note, SMT once again is going to own my soul with Strange Journey... and I still need to finish Devil Survivor OTL.

...as always, the ending always tugs at my heartstrings. From having to fight Teepo to confronting Myria and after one intense boss fight, you'll just see the final scarifies that are made and in the end... ;; And the ending screens, oh man. So bittersweet, when you think about it. I mean its good, but at the same time its also kind of... sad. ):

So yeah, I'll just leave with the final two screens of the game.

So I misremembered the date and Ace Attorney Investigations is only coming out on the 16th at the earliest. Which is after the Chinese New Year holidays.

Oooooooooooooh yeah finally. After years of being forced to restart and replay and shit, I AM FINALLY DONE WITH THIS GAME. Oh man oh man oh man what can I say, this game is just so sweet *A* I can never get enough of KNIGHTBLAZER and Marivel and ARMS and and akl;jare ♥♥♥

I may touch it later to go and do the last few sidequests and stuff, but now. Just. Yeah. I FEEL SO ACCOMPLISHED KNOW, ALRIGHT. LET ME HAVE MY MOMENT OF AWESOME.

That is until I go back to my BOF III orz

Also everyone should try and play Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes on the DS because it is a rather awesome RPG game. |B

1) I have finished my OC profile for my DCAG module! Granted, I had to bullshit the last bits out because I got lazy, but it looks pretty good for stuff that I... bullshitted out. It's a good thing I'm way too familiar with this OC of mine already. Printed it out along with my reference pictures already, so all I need to do is to wait for next week~

2) Started working on my proposal in my TCS class - it's pretty spotty (which is alright, since it is the first draft and all that shit); I'll most likely do the general bits and dump the technical aspects on the rest of my team, since I suck at theory. Sigh.

3) Finally picked back up Gyakuten Kenji! I'm at the middle of the last case now, so I should finish it pretty soon. I still suck a lot at reading Japanese, and the fact that there's actually a guide on GameFAQs now has helped me a lot. Now I can't wait for the English version to come out next February so I can actually fully understand all of this wacky dialogue. Kay pings me so hard, I want to have moar Gumshoe canon and goddamnit why is Edgeworth so hot in this game akl;jare.

4) I need to write the stuff I owe people but have been too lazy and fail to get around it. orz

5) I wish Singapore had more public holidays. Today was nice.

6) Mid-Semester Tests in two weeks time sob.

After a tiring time on the airport, plane and taxi... I am hooooome. Home sweet hoooome.

All I can say is that. This is one of the most heartbreaking games that I had to play. Seriously. ;A;

So I got a D- (Subsidiary Pass) for my maths. I STILL DO NOT KNOW if this is still a technical pass or not but since there's the pass word there... I'll just assume I did.

Other than that, my coding got a B and my LED Display Board project thingy got a B+ \o/

Also I finally got my butt into gear and collected all the secret reports for TWEWY. And because I fail, I'm going on Naoya's route in DeSu because it was either him or Yuzu sob.

Semester exam results coming out in less than two hours. I know I'm doomed. Sooooooob.

Still not feeling wholly wonderful just yet, but I've been feeling better enough to not die in exhaustion so I think I should be back to proper speed in the next few days. Or not, since my exam results are gonna be out on the 23rd orz.

SO so far I have managed to write the horribly trashy prologue plus part one out of five/six IDK of S!Worth arc of Shadow!verse AU fic. I think I'm becoming seriously addicted to writing this because I have never chugged out this much in a really really long while. Ever since back when I was writing Midian.

Anyway so uh... I am a dork, so I did up stats of Rou's Persona because I fail like that orzzzzz.

SO UH. Now at level 26-ish, and current date in-game is June something, and Kanji who is so totally hilarious and adorkable has been successfully rescued within May itself. I am awesome. Or fail, however you want to see it. Ahahaha.

I haven't completed any S.Links yet though I close to finishing up Strength. Also working on Sun, Hierophant, Justice and Hermit.... though i should start on party members soon. orz
