So I found this new manga series the other night. Its called Until Death do us Part, and as far as I can tell so far its about this girl who can kinda sorta look into the future. While she was on her way to her doom after being caught, she predicted this blind guy who would save her and from there, its a whirlwind of action and adventure about terrorists, police and the yakuza. Its pretty interesting from what I've read so far, but what really got me was the main guy.

He's blind and his glasses are made so that he can see images projected via supersonic waves from his walking stick (kinda like daredevil in this sense). Said walking stick is also a kickass SWORD CANE that can slice through anything via some explanation of science that I do not understand (its explained in the manga but I still don't get it) but it apparently cuts so cleanly that you can still make the pieces stick back together. Its that cool.

The real thing, however. Is his name. His name as he calls himself is...

Hijikata.

Mamoru.

I died when I saw that name. Seriously. I just... died. I think sooner or later I'll make a journal just for kicks, because LOL ANOTHER HIJIKATA. I'm such a dork.

Also less than twenty-four hours to the release of my exam results NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. ;A;
